"No Exchange Offered for Damaged Item"
The item showed up broken and missing some pieces—seemed like it was a return that didn’t get handled right. Rather than giving me an exchange or maybe a discount on my next purchase, I was told to return it and place a new order. Just saying ‘sincere apologies’ doesn’t really do the trick these days. They must be kidding if they think I’ll buy from them again; I’m heading to a more dependable store. I’ll give it 2 stars since the refund was processed quickly when I requested it.
